This lil Halloween Be-Witch'ed Baby Tutu is tutu spooky! It is custom made from tulle in halloween colors of orange, lime green, purple, and black and adorned with a festive halloween print bow for your newborn, infant, baby, or toddler. Other halloween print bows available - inquire within.
It is very FULL and FLUFFY, and made on an elastic band, allowing for the tutu to be adjustable and able to grow with your child for multiple year uses, if desired.
